Applying a holistic approach to articulate a clear difference

Switzerland-based medical aesthetics clinic Jouvence had been struggling to present and clearly communicate its values to potential clients in a way that truly connected with the company’s visionary approach. A Design Motive Brand Sprint delivered everything they’d hoped for and more.

We worked closely with Jouvence founder Dr Marva Safa to understand her vision and the challenges she was experiencing as the figurehead for the business. With plans to open a second clinic, she was aware that she needed to shift focus from her alone to other members of her well-trained team.

Jouvence had built its client base on the quality of Dr Safa’s work and her reputation as a global leader in medical aesthetic treatments that are deeply rooted in science-based, natural-looking skincare and holistic wellbeing. It adopts a very different approach to most other clinics, including during initial consultations, but struggled to express that distinction in an effective, engaging way.

Applying a warm, reassuring and nurturing tone throughout, we developed compelling copy and imagery to clearly articulate a powerful value proposition that immediately differentiates Jouvence in the market.

Covering all communications platforms in a focused way, with emphasis on individual experiences, we’ve energised the brand while also ensuring it resonates deeply with patients and clinic staff alike.
