As Drivvn transitioned from a managed services model to a scalable SaaS and consultancy business, it faced a credibility gap in the market.   • Visual identity: A bold new look and feel to capture attention, assert confidence, and differentiate from competitors.
  • Brand manifesto: A rallying cry to align teams around shared behaviours, values, and ambition—rooted in customer focus, agility, and performance.
  • Communications platform: A joined-up brand system spanning website, event presence, sales materials, collateral and advertising, all built to amplify the new positioning.
  • Sales tools: A full suite of sales enablement materials were created to bring the new brand to life in commercial conversations. These included modular pitch decks tailored for OEM, Leasing and Retail audiences, a value proposition playbook for the sales team, solution one-pagers aligned to the Drivvn Solution Suite, as well as branded templates, demo narratives, and onboarding assets. Every tool was designed to ensure consistency, clarity, and confidence in market-facing engagements.
