Design Motive re-brand Los Angeles-based virtualised media functions provider Aperi. The new brand identity helps this pioneering company to reinforce its position as a disruptor in the broadcast market and prepare it for either further funding and/or outright sale. Nine months later, Net Insight acquires Aperi’s product portfolio in a deal reportedly worth $1.2m.
